Wed 11/01/06 day2: km 1068, Port Augusta

I arrived in Adelaide for lunchtime where I did some last minute shopping before reaching the non-civilized lands. I then headed North towards Port Augusta. Arrived there, it was enough windy to kiteboard. Well, I s%$$#@ myself I recon: nobody on the water, gusty winds more than 20 knots... I decided to head for the camping where I planned my trip through the Oodnadatta track.
